H1b Ammendment for visa

Hi,

 

 

I need suggession.

I have stamped visa till 14 August 2014, My Recent amendment was in Feb and got visa extensiton till 2016 August.

I want to go for stamping in India  - (eligible for DropBox) - my client got changed and new client is in 0.2 miles away from old client.

 

Do I need to apply for ammendment for new client  before going for stamping ?

 

 

Please suggest.

Any material change usually needs an amendment. Call your H1 sponsor or talk to his Lawyer for guidance. A change in client may be material.
