Sanabk
Hello, I am a PhD student with F1 approval (changed status from H1B to F1) and wondering if I can go to Mexico to get my visa stamping. I remember from couple years ago about a rule of going only to home country for visa stamping. Appreciate your suggestions! Thanks in advance, Shanta Link to comment
jairichi
You cannot go to Mexico as they only allow visa stamping for the same visa class in which you entered US. Currently US consulates in Canada are not entertaining applications from TCN. Link to comment
