Processing time to get the documents from employer

Hi All,

I am an new to this form here is my case status.

My H1B petition got approved on June25th , when can i expect the corresponding documents from my employer , and when the employer can expect the same.

Once i get the documents when can i start for Visa stamping interview.

Is client letter is mandatory and i believe mine would be for inhouse project.

Your employer will be getting it in couple of days.

If you work at your employer's location then no need of client letter.

Approval notice will reach employer/attorney in 7 to 10 days. You can attend visa interview not more than 90 days before H1B start date.

Every employer is different. No one can reliably predict timeline.

Hae you received the hardcopy. If yes when you got the same. My case is also approved on June 27th but I am yet to get the copy.
