H1-B Fresh - RFE on Education Evaluation

Below are the details for my case

 

My educational background is

HSC (India) - Commerce

Bachelors in Management (India)- 3 yrs

Masters in Managment (India) - 2 yrs

 

I have 5.5 yrs of work expirience in IT field

 

I have recieved RFE, which states to produce below details (Content of details in Italc)

 

Submit an evaluation from an official who has the authority to grant college-level credit for training and/or experience in the specialty occupation of. The evaluation must be  from an accredited college or university that has a program for granting such credit in the field of study based on an individual’s training and/or work experience.

o        With the evaluation, the official must include a letter from the dean or provost of the official’s affiliated educational institution, stating that the evaluating official has the authority to grant college-level credit for training and /or experience in the field of the specialty occupation. The dean or provost must also state in the letter whether the affiliated educational institution has a program for granting credit based on an individual’s training and/or work experience.

-        Submit evidence of certification or registration from a nationally-recognized professional association or society for the specialty that is known to grant certification or registration to persons in the occupational specialty who have achieved a certain level of competence in the specialty.

-        Submit affidavits or declarations from recognized authorities certifying as to the beneficiary’s training and/or experience in the specialty occupation, and that the beneficiary has recognition and expertize in the specialty through progressively responsible positions directly related to the specialty.

o        To substantiate that the beneficiary has recognition of expertize in the specialty, through progressively responsible positions directly related to the specialty, provide copies of all the material evaluated including copies of personnel records, performance evaluations, pay records; or copies of any directly related to the specialty.

 

 

1. Can anyone please guide as to what all details need to be presented ?
2. Is only Eduactional Evaluation required ?
3. Do I need to submit any other letter from College authorities
4. What should be content of affidavit ?
5. What should be foussed on drafting the reply for such RFE
6. What is the chancesof approval in this case

Is your H1 job related to your degree or not??

 

You need letters from the Dean to prove that your degree is req for the job.

i have masters in computers networking..

My gradution in computer both are related to my occupation itself..but i dont understand why i got that RFE...

So no need to worry now. USCIS just wants to verify that you are eligible for that job, simply submit the requested documents and you are good to go.

Can i know for the above case what are the documents to be submitted and did it get approved. I too got the same RFE. I have a physics background but working in IT for the past 10 yrs. Pls let me know soon
