Travelling on AP for the first time

Hi,

                I have a valid EAD/Ap card till march 2015.I am planning to leave India on AP.I am working on EAD from last 10 months,My greeen card processing is pending from last two years.

                     I recently changed the employer and we are in process of applying AC21.

1.Please let me know the documents I have to carry during my journey.

2 I want to know whether  applying AC21 will affect my   re-entry

1. your AP, Passport and if possible a copy of your I485 reciet.

2. I dont think Entry officer will ask for one. But better carry your employment verification letter with new employer and let the officer know that your attorney is in the process of applying AC21.
