Today, 08/15, still no update on USCIS with response received or reviewed. Is that normal? sometimes it doesn't get updated? or they haven't received it more likely? Help?! Link to comment

H1B2012 Posted October 27, 2011 Report Share Posted October 27, 2011 My status : initially applied : May 19th 2011 RFE received : Aug 8th RFE responded: Sep 6th RFE response review : Sep 7th New H1B -- COS H4 to H1B My Employer called USCIS last week , I was also on call , he said , I will be getting a decision by Oct 29th ... but no update till today . Will they really give the decision by the said date on call OR still will there be a delay ? Any experience to anypne in this matter. Link to comment

Did you have your Employer call USCIS to know the status ? Inspite of they confirming the date as before Oct 29th , they have not come out with the decision . My lawyer is preparing for RFE but hasn't responded yet. When I checked the status of my case online on USCIS site, it shows appication has been processed on Dec 22nd.
