Possibility of H4 Status owning Canadian online business

I currently live in the USA and I have an H-4 visa. I’m also a permanent resident of Canada. I want to set up an account in www.amazon.ca or www.ebay.ca and sell some internal decor items online in Canada to Canadian residents for Canadian dollars. The items for sell will be stored in the USA and shipped to Canada when sold. The money for sold items will be wired to my Canadian bank account and I will pay all required taxes in Canada. Do you think it will violate my current H-4 status in the US? If yes, will it change anything if I store all items for sold in Canada, not USA?

Thanks a lot.

Yes, it does violate immigration law as you cannot work and be paid on H4.

It would be illegal to do that while in the US on H4.

It does not matter where the business is, it matters where you are. On H4 in the US you can not work at all.

If you want to run this business, you would have to move to Canada.
