Affect of being on bench when I-485 pending

My PD is 2003 (EB3) and last week I have received an email notification stating that the case status has changed to "Testing and Interview". It also stated that I would receive communication from USCIS regarding the interview appointment and the list documents to be produced. I have been on bench for the last few months. So, my question is that would my current unemployment status effect my I-485 approval adversely. 

Kindly, share your knowledge on such matters and any light thrown on this matter will be highly appreciated.

Are you on bench or unemployed?

These are two different things.

If you are on bench, are you getting paid? If not, it would look as if the employer doesn't have the ability to pay you.
