user9999 Posted April 30, 2014 Report Share Posted April 30, 2014 if you have studied or completed your UG or Graduted in US, you have no reason to be worried since your credentials are far more valid. From what i have heard from attorneys, if you have changed your status from F1 to H1 studying in US then your case becomes legitimate since your credentials are valid so its unlikely your subjected to scrutiny in terms of documents and questions Hope this helps! Except if the school was fraudulent, which is what I suspect the OP was asking about. There was a fake university in Virginia with a 4-letter abbreviation, which got shut down last year. If the OP used a "degree" from a fraud university for his H1, it is unlikely that he would get a visa stamp. Link to comment
