For profit private university cap exempt or not

Hi,

 

I am currently working for a non-profit cap exempt University in Texas and want to consider a similar teaching position at a for-profit private university.  I am currently in my 6th year of H1B with the I-140 approved about 3 years back waiting for the PD to be come current.

 

My questions is:

 

Will this position at the for-profit private university (Medical School) be subject to H1B cap?

Thanks for a prompt reply.  I just wanted to clarify whether your answer 'no' meant that the new for-profit medical school position will be cap exempt.

All universities/higher education institutions are cap exempt.
