abdul0240
Folks, I have a visa interview in next couple of weeks, and I have noticed that the I-797 Approval notice has typo in my I-94 when compared to my previous records (H1-extensions). When I traced it back, the problem was because of the typo in I-129 petition. Please advise. Thanks Link to comment

abdul0240
Thanks for the response but employer says its not a big issue, And he mention that I am good to travel as I will be getting a new I-94 while I return. And the problem should be resolved. @Visain what is the date issue that you mention ? Link to comment
abdul0240
My employer is saying it wont cause a problem if I travel. Because when I reenter I am going to get a new I-94. he also mentioned that while leaving the country just tell them that their is a typo and show them the original I-94. Please advise.
