H1B Extension with i-140 approval

Hi,

 

I got i-140 approval from Company A then I switched to Company B with my second H1B term  which started my GC but still in Prevailing Wage .

 

If I dont have my PERM applied or approved before my H1 expires in Sep 2015. Can I get a H1B extension with Company B from my i-140 approval from Company A

Yes, based on approved I-140 your employer can request for 3 year extension.
