Successful Stamping in Vancouver !!

Hi all ,

 

This forum has helped me a lot !! thanks to that ,

 

I had my interview in Vancouver on April 11 , 

 

I flew through Delta Airlines to Vancouver , Stayed in Empire landmark in Robson Street  nice hotel with a beautiful harbor view , booked all my tickets thru Expedia ( my source of last minute helper :) )

 

 

I had my slot at 09:30 AM morning , Initial screening was thru first of all other than documents i dint carry anything with me ( So i had no last minute tension like others )

 

Pls carry recent photos which is very very important 

 

I had my interview in 20th floor , the only 4 questions they asked me was 

 

1. Why did you to come to Vancouver ? - 

 

I replied to enjoy my vacation and get my stamping done

 

2.What is Client office address ?

 

Replied : XXXXX

 

3. Where was port of entry when u first landed US ?

 

XXXXX

 

4. Where do you stay in new york?

 

XXXX

 

 

Thats it !! Visa Approved and he gave me a Paper All that is you have to is two things !!

 

1. Be confident in whatever you speak  . the person before me was green card citizen and he bought his parents but visa rejected Similarly for H1 two three cases rejected,

 

2. Before you book your Slot ensure with your employer whether your PIMPS is Updated 

 

 

 

Friday i attended my interview and Wednesday i got my passport in Richmond Loomis , Though my way bill number was not updated i was really scared and worried i received a mail from DHL on Tuesday midnight to come and collect next day i called Loomis and went there in 5 min i collected my passport and boarded my flight .

 

In Canada Port entry , US customs i was questioned nothing except why you went to Vancouver and What for are you here , that's it !!! 

 

Pretty Much a Pleasant Trip , Good Luck to all guys who is going to attend in forth coming days !!

Hi,

 

what did you mentioned in Canada visitor visa application like are going for stamping or visiting. How long did it take to receive your passport after visa interview. I really appreciate your answers i'm travelling alone with infant. How many days can i book the hotel in general.
