EB3 to EB2 - Previous employer experience letter clarification

When porting from EB3 to EB2, can the experience letters previously submitted(for EB3) be expanded to add additional duties?

The original experience letter should have fully specified your duties. It makes no sense that that they did not or you suddenly had additional duties once you are proposed for EB-2. Things sound really suspicious. You need to speak with the attorney your employer has engaged to handle your case.

Yes that's fine to show progressive experience as long as it was done. You can't make it up though. Experience letters are tricky things and attorneys want to show progressive work experience.
