Krishna88
Hi, My name is Krishna. I work for one of the Big 4 firms in India. I am an engineer (from one of the top 10 engineering colleges in India), but I have been working in investment banking/corporate finance/valuations for the last 4 years. I have been working with my current employer for the last two years. Given my performance, expertise in Company's products and experience in Indian and Asian markets, I have been offered a full time role in the US. My employer is planning to apply for my L1B. I have had limited interaction with my internal immigration teams. I request you to answer my queries: 1. Am I eligible for an L1B visa? 2. What are the chances of approval? 3. I am not sure if my employer has an L1 Blanket, but suggest if L1B individual vs L1B blanket has any implication. 4. If my employer files a petition in the first week of May, what is the realistic estimate of the processing time? 5. Does being in a big four firm help during the visa process? Sorry for the long list of questions, but I am really tensed at this point of time. Thanks for your help. Regards, Krishna Link to comment
jairichi
1. Ask employer/attorney. 2. Based on documents and no one can predict that. 3. Refer 1. 4. 3 to 4 months regular processing and 15 calendar days by premium processing. 5. No. Link to comment
