sri784
Hi, My friends in-laws b2 visa was rejected. his wife is the only daughter. They asked how many kids and when did she(friends wife) came to US. Basically within 8 months difference they went for a B2 visa and she being the only daughter the visa was rejected. 1. So what would be the best answer I they ask these questions again. 2. Is it ok if the go to the same consulate or is it preferred to go to a different consulate. Thanks, Sri Link to comment
t75
She seems really needy if she cannot be away from her parents for even 8 months. The ONLY answer is the truth. If they cannot do so, they should NOT apply. Their LIES will be detected. Link to comment

JoeF
the best, indeed the ONLY answer is the TRUTH! Why is that even a question??? And all consulates are the same. They need to show a strong connection to their home country. That's what the officers look for. Link to comment
sri784
Thanks for your suggestions. But they haven't told any LIES to the consulate, My only question was what we need to done in such cases when applying again. Link to comment
