rguntuku
I am currently working in Chicago, IL with a services & product based company. I got my 140 approved and also got my 3 years extension. Our company has one more branch in Austin, TX, so i am planning to move to Austin. What are my options here? Do i need to go thru the Labor & PERM process again? Can i come back to chicago when my Priority date (Jun 2011) comes current? What are the risks associated with this move? Link to comment

GC is for future employment. So it doesn't matter where you work currently, but your current location change should reflect your H1. Link to comment
Belle
If you were to stay in TX, you should get another LC/I-140. If you are eventually planning to go back to Chicago, then there is no need. Link to comment
