H1B visa stamping with Ammendment+H1B Extension before 5 months

Hi,

I have my H1B validity until 12/31/2013. I never had H1B visa before but had an F1. My existing H1B is with Client A and i am now with Client B.  i am planning to apply for H1B Ammendment+Extension at the same time in July 1st week and schedule Visa interview in August 1st week. 

 

Are there any complications with this? How early we can go to Visa Stamping in this case? Will there be any problems at POE?

 

Need advise.
