pareshchothe Posted April 17, 2014 Report Share Posted April 17, 2014 Hi Pal, This is the timeline for my J1 waiver:December 31, 2013 - filed DS-3035 and sent supporting documentsJanuary 22, 2014 - DOS received my application, fees and all other documents and updated it into the systemJanuary 29, 2014- DOS received NOS from Indian embassy in D.C.March 10, 2014 - favorable recommendation from DOSMarch 17, 2014 - USCIS received recommendation from DOS (got receipt in mail on march 20)April 1, 2014 - USCIS approved my J1 waiverApril 4, 2014 - received i797 notice of J1 waiver approval in mailGood luck.
