RFE COS H4 to F1 Reason for Attending School in U.S

I am in USA on H1B for last 3 years. Our visa is expired but the petition is valid till end of december. My company has filed perm for me.

    but in the mean time I applied for COS for my wife from H4 to F1. I received a RFE from USCIS asking the Reason for Attending School in U.S

Here is the details that they want to know.

 

Please submit justification for remaining in the United States to study instead of attending an 

institution in your home country.
 
Submit a statement regarding the reasons and justification for returning to school at this time, and
an explanation regarding how such schooling would benefit you upon your return to your home
country. 

 

Can someone help me to know what kind of answer I can give to USCIS.

You gotta be kidding.

No one on this earth knows  why you have joined the school except you. How can a stranger answer that??

That's very simple query, just reply them with reason why you wanna go to school in US??

Did you consult a lawyer for this? I was wondering if my wife can answer it or should we need to provide enough proofs etc.

 

Is it a minor RFE as most have replied here, or should we hire a lawyer to answer this?

Any ideas, how many hours would a lawyer charge charge us, for such simple RFE ?

 

My wife's situation is not complicated, she came to the US 1 year back and recently joined school. This is a reputed school too, not sure what this RFE was issued.
