1st time H1b transfer

Hello,

 

I want to transfer my H1b from Company A to B. 

 

1.) If I transfer my H1b to Company B and its approved, then I will server notice in my Company A. However, if in meanwhile I have a change of heart for any reason and would like to stick to Company A for some more time, Then can I continue with Company A without letting them know anything about the H1b transfer to Company B ?

 

Or would Company A need to re-transfer my H1b back ?

If you are still working for A then no need H1 transfer after B's H1 is approved.

In continuation to same question of happyatul2001 (if I can ask here) with same background info i.e Working for A, H1B transfer with B but change of heart and want to continue working with A.  

 

If I continue working for A and apply for extension with A (as my petition with A is valid for next 4 months only) while with H1B Transfer to B my petition's validity with B is now already extended for 2 yrs more, so when I apply for extension with A - do I have to inform them about H1B petition with B, how is the process going to go like.

Forget B, that's it.

If you have not joined B then by default that H1 will be revoked.
