Is this Job qualified to be in EB2 category

Hi,

 

I want to know whether this job criteria qualifies for EB2 category.

 

 

Education/Experience Requirements - Required: 

Bachelor's Degree in Business (Finance, Accounting or Management), 
Minimum 3+ years experience in financial planning & analysis

 

Education/Experience Requirements - Preferred:

Master's Degree /MBA in a related field. 
5+ years experience in financial planning & analysis 

 

My qualification is MBA from US plus over 7 years of experience....

Minimum is Bachelor + 3 years experience. That makes it EB3.

It doesn't look like on face of it. Minimum req. is BS + 5 and/or Masters + X years.

BS + 3 or MS/MBA + 5 doesn't make sense. Usually it's BS + 5 or Masters + 2 or 3. Talk to your lawyer or employer and they can advise as well.
