I-140 USCIS Case Status

Hi All, 

Today morning i checked my I-140 status in USCIS website and it showed "On April 14, 2013, your name was updated relating to your I-140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER and later it changed to Acceptance. Does this happen when a premium processing starts because as per my employer. Premium processing has been initiated. 

I am really confused to see these different status on a same day. Please give me your suggestion.

Any day, they can change the status. when they change the status, you see the before status and after status on same day...
