New Labor application after once denied and approved

My Labor application (am on H1B) was initially denied for the reason of not matching the minimum education requirement. To be specific on the denial reason, the Job Description asked for Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, whereas I had a Bachelor Degree in Arts. But later, my company filed a Motion and my Labor was approved. Subsequently I got my I-140 approved as well.

Now, I have got an offer from one of the companies listed on the top end of the Fortune 500 companies. Since the new company will have to re-do my Labor, I am trying to find out if my previous Labor denial history will have any negative role to play in my future Labor and I-140 application processing (by the new company). I would kindly request some expert opinion which would help me decide on this new offer. The period left on my H1 is about an year.
