mpattem
Me & my husband have known each other for the past 15 years and we got married in USA & registered our marriage here.We did not have any family during our wedding though our family back in our country knew about it and we planned to have a reception once our GC process is done. -- I got my citizenship now and applying for adjustment of status to my husband who is on an F1 status soon to be on H1. -- Now during our interview If they ask us about the absence of our family in the wedding pics what should we answer to the immigration officer? -- We still have casual pics we took on different occasions with each others family. Is this sufficient? t75
If you had a courthouse wedding, you would not be expected to have photos. Since your family is not in the US, it is entirely understandable that you would be having a family event at their location at a later date. Don't worry or try to overthink how to answer any questions. Relax and tell the truth. Link to comment
