csch
I have a Perm with priority date June 2008 and I-140, both cleared under EB3 category. The company that filed it was a top MNC with an offshore presence. I am no longer employed with them and currently live in India. I do not possess the approval documents. My questions are:- a) Can this be transferred to someone else for filing I485? b) Is it possible to file a consular processing. Link to comment
t75
Your GC was filed for a specific job with a specific company. You cannot file anything on your own. Link to comment

You can retain the priority date. Link to comment
