Valid H4 visa I-94 expiring

Hi, 

 

Currently I'm having valid H4 visa till oct, 2015 but my-I-94 is expiring on May 15.

 

We are planning to visit india on May 20, my attorney  said we can have 10 days grace period after I-94 expired.

 

My spouse H1b is valid till Oct,2016.

 

• My question is do I fall in OOS from May 15 to May 20 ?
• is there any grace period after I-94 expired?

Visa is just an entry card to US. I 94 decides when you should leave the country. Leave before may 14 to be safe. The hassles involved with the grace period and convincing officers is a pain in the culo....so leave before may14 not even 15.

5 days do not matter. Do not waste money. I do not know whether culo refers to male or female though the moniker seems female.
