gaurav83kumar Posted February 28, 2014 Report Share Posted February 28, 2014 Hi When I entered the US for the first time with Company A the validity of my I-94 is 1st July,2014 same as the validity of my Visa. But I have changed my company B and they filed the extension of my H1B and new I-94 which i had received from USCIS has the validity till 1st June, 2016. I have checked this link www.cbp.gov/i94 and in this I-94 date is coming as 1st July, 2014 (Old One). I am planning to go to India in June, 2014. So which I-94 copy i need to carry when i go out of US? Also do i need to contact CBP to update I-94 information in their records? Can anyone help me out? Thanks Link to comment
