H4, i94 Port of Entry

Hello Guys,

 

My wife got her H4 Visa stamped in India in November 2013.

 

She came to US in December 2013 and i have the i-94 for that.

 

We went to mexico in Feb 2014 for a week and got back.

 

I had my visa stamped in mexico.

 

When i tried to retrieve my i-94 in the uscis site , i was able to get mine.

 

But when i tried to check my wife's i-94 i was not able to retrieve it.

 

Waited for a couple of days but still i am not able to retrieve it.

 

But when i checked her old entry to USA ( December 2014) ,I was able to see that i-94 and it is still active.

 

 

Please let me know the steps on how to let the homeland security know about the entry and the new i-94.

She is fine. She used AVR facility where no new I94 will be generated for short stay in Mexico.
