H1B Visa Stamped Successfully @Toronto on 12/10/2013

I have been checking this forum, none of them went to Toronto. I see everyone going to Calgary, Vancouver and Jamaica. So, I was worried that I have booked a slot here in Toronto. My employer boosted me up saying (As long as you have all the documents you can go anywhere in the world and doesn't matter which center is issuing visa's)

 

1. Are you converting from F1 to H1?

Yes

 

2. Where did you do your Masters and whats your specialization?

MS in CS at XXX University and my specialization in XXX

 

3. So, are you an employee of XXX and you work at client location?

Yes, mine is EVC model

 

(I was worried since i mentioned about EVC model in hurry)

 

4. Okay, pick your passport in a week

Congrats on getting thru and Thanks for sharing..!! 

 

I am going to Toronto next month and was nervous about not finding many experiences from Toronto in the forum ;) 

Did you see any troubled experiences while you were at the consulate? 

 

I`m looking for experiences from anyone who came to US on a H1... and switched employers and is now working on EVC model. (No Masters)
