Suri K
Hello friends, I have worked on L1B for almost 4.5 years in US and then switched to H1B with new employer. Since I have my I-140 approved I recently got 3 years H1B extension approved. My question is: Can I go for stamping in Canada? Which location would you recommend? The reason I am asking is some one told me that first time H1B stamping must be in home country only. Is this true? If any of you gone to Canada with similar situation, please share your experience. Thanks in advance for your response. Link to comment
