Re enter to US JUST before visa expiration date

Hi All:

My H1 B Visa is going to expire on Nov 10 2012. I am getting married in India on October 27th and I am planning to come back to US by Nov 6th. My employer has already filed extenstion for H1 B and I should be getting it for 3 years, My real concern is that will I get into any trouble at the Port of entry as I will be arriving on Nov 6th 2012 ,just 4 days before the Visa Expiration date, Please advise

I don't think that should be a prob. you can tell the immigration officer that your employer has files for your h1b extension

Take the receipt of the H1B filed for extension with you.

Indian Immigration has no connection to US Immigration.
