Schedule A group II

Hi! I am on H1-B and my employer is going to sponsor me for green card. I am an Assistant professor at a University in MS and I want to ask the attorney if he ever filed under Schedule A group II. I have very good chances to qualify but my employer wants to go with optional recruitment becase they do not want to experiment new things. To me Schedule A is a good way to avoid PERM. I have almost 3 years of teaching experience, Got my PhD In December 2010, have 3 publications and another one accepted, have a few citations, I received an award for the most oustanding paper - given by a regional branch of our professional association, I am a member of an association that has restrictive entrance criteria.
