I need help at section “Temporary work visa information” . I have E-C model.

On that page, it is asking following qeustsions.

• Application receipt/petition number
  
• Name of person /Company who filed petition
  
• Where do you intended to work

• Name of Employer
  
• U.S Street Address(Line1)
  
• U.S Street Address(Line2) *optional
  
• City
  
• State
  
• Zip
  
• Phone number
  
• Enter Monthly Income

I have following question. What is the answer of question 3. Where do you intended to work.
As per me it should be client location where my LCA is approved.
My my confusion is question 3.a is asking Name of Employer. Client is not my employer then What I have to answer 3a and rest of the 3b..h.
