MY PRIORITY DATE IS DECEMBER 2008. WHEN DO YOU SEE IT WILL BE "CURRENT" BASED ON CURRENT
MOVEMENT IN PRIORITY DATES. ACCORDING TO I485 INVENTORY AS PER MURTHY BULLTIN & USCIS, THERE ARE 1515 CASES ARE PENDING TILL END OF DECEMBER 2009. COUNTING SPILL OVER FROM EB3 TO EB2 AND BACKFILL I485 CASES NEEDS TO BE FILLED UP BY MURTHY PREDICTIONS, WHEN DO WE SEE DECEMBER 2008 WILL BE CURRENT IN BEST CASE SCINERAIO ???

I-485 pending employment based inventory should give you some idea about number of applications pending and how many applicants are there before you.

All, new visa dates are available. EB2 India has moved upto MAR 15, 2008

I have one basic question. My EB2 Priority date is 09/09/09 and as per Feb 2012 Bulletin it is current for 01/01/10 and which means that i can file for I-485 in Feb 2012. But for some reasons i am waiting for some documents and would not able to arrange them until mid February. So my question is how much time i have in month of February to file for AOS.
I am just guessing if in worst case in the next bulletin for March the dates are retrogressed, Would i be still allowed to file until end of February?

For EB2-India, movement will be very small or expect no movement for first quarter can expect 1 week movement each month until DOS will try to intake extra inventory
