Currently working here in California on H1 - B. Now, i want to apply for GC in EB 2, employer is willing. Q - Do i need to get a separate evaluation done to prove I have equivalent masters degree to qualify under EB 2 category? Or the evaluation done as part of getting teh licence is sufficient? My evaluation says - "This evaluation is for the purpose of physical therapy licensure only. It is not valid for any other purpose. Link to comment
