Gshan Posted July 22, 2017 Report Share Posted July 22, 2017 Im a H1B holder and i resigned my current job in US. i have my VISA and I-94 validity still 2019. can i stay her in US with 60 days grace period and look for another job here, if yes do i need to submit any doc or any procedure to be followed with USCIS.
