H1B BRIDGE PETITION AFTER 60 DAYS GRACE PERIOD

Hello All,

I am looking for some advice on what could be done in the following circumstance:

1. my employment at a top tier credit rating agency (Company A) was terminated on May 18th 2017. Of which I have stamp and I94 until Sep1,2017 (also got approved the extension after September '17 to Oct '19)

2. a petition was filed by a different company  (company B) which reached USCIS on June 12th 2017. and I have not started working yet (as of July 21, 2017) since it's not approved due to premium processing suspension, and I wanted some time off.

3. I received an offer from a top tier bank which is filing my H1B next week.

Question: since the bank is filing my H1b after 60 days of my last day of work, could there be any complications in getting approval? considering there is already one petition which is pending with the USCIS?

what if the approval takes longer than September 1/2017. will I have to leave the country and get it stamped and reenter when approved?

Thanks a lot in advance for everyone's help
