VINOTH TSR Posted July 21, 2017 Report Share Posted July 21, 2017 B2 Visa for my parents was rejected under 214B . I'm unmarried staying in USA on H1B sponsoring my parents. Parents have mentioned duration of stay as 6 months in USA which is the default one and their visa was rejected . I'm going to reapply for visa again and is it fine if I can add duration of stay as 2 months with a planned itinerary . Will the change in stay duration have an impact ? Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted July 21, 2017 Report Share Posted July 21, 2017 THEY should reapply for the visa. A 2 month trip at the appropriate time for your area seems good and if they can articulate a few places which they might see this time they should get the visa. Link to comment
