I have got RFE and I fear it might get denial. I have not got information about details on RFE.

My H1-B visa is expiring in September 2017, I would like to know what are the options available if my case is a denial. My wife is on Student visa F1. Should I take any actions before current H1-B expiration ? How much time and options I have after denial ?

If your wife is on F1, F2 might be a good alternative for you. However, determining the best way forward depends on what occurs with the H1B, as well as other factors specific to your situation. Accordingly, it is advisable to call our office and speak to one of our attorneys once the H1B RFE/Denial is received.
