Impact on my Employer change on wife's H4 to F1 COS which is in Progress

Hi Guys,

In April, i got my H1B Extended till Jun 2020. Me and my wife traveled to India in May but got I94 only until Mar 2018 (due to my passport expiry). Later we applied for her H4 to F1 COS in June. She is currently in her 3rd Semester and has 2 more to go, before which her conversion should be complete. Now i got an offer from another company. If i file my H1B Transfer (hopefully by the end of July), which might take 2-3 Months, will it impact my wife's COS which is already in progress?
