H1b transfer in 6th year with approved I140 from a company acquired by another company

Hi,Currently I am in my 6th year H1b and have my I140 approved with company A about 2 years back.Company A was acquired by company B about 1.5 years back and currently my payroll is with B. Company B did not amend my I140 yet.I got another job offer from C which needs to transfer my H1b.Can I get 3 years extension with A's 140 and B's paycheck.Is it advisable to join company C on H1b receipt in current scenario when H1b premium processing is suspended.Please advice me
