Hi Experts,

I have a approved I-140 from a previous employer and already a year I-140 is approved. Currently I am in H4 and not with the old employer.

Q: With that approved I-140, can I ask any other employer to file my H1B visa in Cap-Exempt based on my previous approved I-140?

Please help me to know this.
