Prashant Pawar
Hi, I am currently working for a employer in US on H1B visa . My current employer filed my PERM in EB2 and I have approved 140 with priority date of Nov 2014. I have a job offer from new employer which offers a good compensation , benefits and a stable long term employment with only exception that the new employer is willing to process my Green card only in EB3. So I wanted to know answers to below questions: 1> Is switching from EB2 to EB3 allowed by USCIS ? 2> If yes, are there any risks / complications in PERM and I140 application process when switching from EB2 to EB3 Appreciate advice / suggestions on this topic. Thanks, Prashant Link to comment
