I-485 based EAD/AP Renewal - Advice needed

Hello Everyone! I have a few questions regarding my EAD/AP renewal and I would appreciate any words of advice.

Background:

• 30th August : Applied concurrently for I-485/I-130 based on spouse being a U.S. Citizen (c.9 category)
• EAD/AP card received and expires on 30th October, 2017
• Initially filed from Dallas,TX but recently moved to California and filed an AR-11 for address change.

Questions:

1. What address would I be mailing my EAD/AP application to since I have moved to California and that would be my mailing address? (My research suggests Chicago)
2. I-765 - Question 16 : Eligibility Category. It has 3 input boxes but I need only 2 for (c)(9), correct?
3. Would any address change based information need to be specified in this renewal? 
4. Lastly, what is the automatic renewal rule for Adjustment of Status applicants? Would it apply to me?
