EB1C processing after retogression

Hi,

I have applied for GC under EBC1 (India). I received the receipt notice from USCIS late May and completed my bio-metrics in June 3rd week. With the dates retrogressed for India, what will happen to the I-131 and EAD? Will the processing continue or will it be picked up only in Oct when the dates become current. The docs are currently in TSC.
