rvad99
Hello, I am extending B2 visitor visa for one month for my aunt in USA. Form I-539 states it needs to be filled by an 'Attorney or an Accredited representative if any' and asks for 'Attorney state license number'. Can you please tell me if an attorney is required for B2 visit visa extension in USA? Do also tell me what is the best reason to quote for extended stay? Should I state tourism? Thanks Link to comment
lovely
Yes, tourism is a valid reason, state where you intend to travel during that time. you can file the documents and don't need an attorney to file extension. Link to comment
