L1visaissue Posted July 7, 2017 Report Share Posted July 7, 2017 Hi I have a company based in USA which has sponsored a L1 visa candidate. My question is do I need to inform USCIS or any similar agency, when I close the company resulting in the effective termination of the L1 visa based on the company sponsorship.
