Would my PERM filing have any issues?

Hi All,

 

I completed masters, working in a company full-time and was promoted to a job requiring BS + 5, but I was promoted after having only 58 Months. Will this be an issue when the job is posted with qualification of minimum 5 yrs work experience? 

If so, if I wait 3 more months before applying PERM that would complete my 60 months, will that solve my issue? Kindly advice.
