US Citizen marrying Indian Citizen

Hi Guys, 

I'm a US Citizen. I'm planning to marry a girl in India and apply her CR-1 visa. She already has a 10 year multiple entry visitor visa for US and she visited US once last year. I heard CR-1 visa usually takes about 6-8 months (start to finish). 

My question, if I marry her next month in India and file her I-130 immediately, will she be able to visit USA and stay there with me until US embassy in India calls her for the interview?
